Clarity Is the Beginning of Transformation

Psychotherapy that blends clinical expertise with somatic practices and expanded mental state therapy to support deep and meaningful transformation.

At Clarity Health, I work with individuals who feel stuck in repetitive patterns, overwhelmed by internal conflict, or navigating emotional pain and ready for a deeper shift. Together, we move beyond symptom management and into meaningful, embodied transformation.

How I Work

I believe real transformation happens when insight, the body, and lived experience come together.

My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with somatic healing, breathwork, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. CBT helps us understand and reshape the patterns that keep you stuck, while somatic work and breathwork allow regulation and deeper awareness of how those patterns live in the body. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, when clinically appropriate, can help access perspectives, feelings and insights that are often difficult to reach through talk therapy alone.

Each therapeutic process is individualized. Together, we develop a personalized plan that reflects your history, goals, and readiness for change. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work at the root creating clarity that supports deep, enduring change.

  • Intense emotional pain following a rupture such as divorce, loss, or betrayal

  • Repetitive patterns that leave you frustrated, discouraged, or emotionally exhausted

  • Anxiety, shame, or internal conflict that persists despite insight

  • High achievement paired with emptiness, pressure, or disconnection

  • Waves of grief, anxiety, or shame that feel difficult to regulate

  • Heightened fears of abandonment or rejection in relationships

  • A sense of disorientation as though your identity has been shaken

  • Old attachment wounds resurfacing in ways that feel overwhelming

  • Emotional exhaustion from trying to hold everything together

  • A quiet but persistent awareness that something needs to change

  • The sense that you are ready for something deeper but unsure how to access it

You May Be Experiencing

‍ ‍ If what you’ve read resonates, this work may be for you.

  • This space is designed for individuals who are ready to look honestly at the patterns shaping their lives and willing to engage deeply in the process of change.

  • You may be high-functioning and self-aware, yet still feel constrained by repetitive relational dynamics, abandonment wounds, or internal tension that feels older than your current circumstances.

  • Rather than seeking quick fixes or surface-level coping strategies, you are open to exploring how early attachment experiences, developmental wounds, and life transitions have shaped your relationships, identity, and emotional world.

  • This work asks for presence, courage, and commitment. In return, it offers the possibility of meaningful, embodied transformation.

Who This Is For

  • A grounded sense of self after upheaval

  • Greater clarity in your relationships, decisions, and direction

  • Emotional regulation rooted in embodied awareness

  • Freedom from patterns that once felt inescapable

  • Healing of attachment wounds that have shaped how you relate and connect

  • The confidence to move forward with intention and self-trust

  • A felt sense of wholeness and alignment within yourself

What Becomes Possible

Meaningful change becomes possible when therapy addresses both the mind and the body. Insight alone often isn’t enough to shift deeply ingrained patterns, just as working only with emotions or the nervous system can leave important understanding untouched. By combining cognitive work, somatic awareness, and expanded mental state practices, we are able to engage patterns more completely and create changes that are not only understood intellectually, but experienced and integrated in daily life.

Client Reflections

“I started working with Johanna during one of the hardest periods of my life. I felt lost after my divorce and didn’t recognize myself anymore. This work helped me understand what I was carrying from the past and how it was showing up in my relationships. I feel more steady now and clearer about who I am and what I want.

— Camile, 42

”I always thought I was just “bad at relationships,” but through therapy I began to see the deeper patterns underneath that belief. The mix of talking things through and working with my nervous system made a big difference. I don’t react the same way I used to, and I feel more secure in myself.

— Patrick, 34

“I had done therapy before, but this felt different. The process helped me access emotions I had avoided for years and actually move through them instead of just talking about them. It wasn’t always easy, but I feel lighter and more connected to myself than I have in a long time.

— Milton, 27
